Why do we love 'Villain'?
A person is never wicked
The plots of various books are mainly based on revenge, rage and resulting violence. There is always a good guy who by mistake does something wrong which hurts the other guy. The other guy turns evil and seek for revenge. This is how a 'Villain' is created. As we go on reading we notice that, it is not the Hero but the Villain that fascinates us most. Why do this happens?
As a reader we built a tendency to compare a character with ourself. And when we read a story in Villan's point of view, we find that he is not doing anything wrong. He is just responding to the situations and it doesn't make him fully responsible for them.

Revenge makes a person mad. Mad person tends to do bad things. Bad things results accordingly in grave consequences. And those consequences are not always good for people. So they curse the person behind it as wicked. A person is never wicked, the things happens makes him so.
